Barrel Thumb Piston
This is a simple and compact unit, designed for easy insertion into a bored hole. It is moulded in stain free Ivory White Cycolac which imparts an excellent 'feel'. The unit has a choice of 5/8" and 3/4" dia head caps which form the head assembly. These can be supplied loose if required. The shank has a square section to prevent the head rotating. Solder connections are easily accessible at the rear. Second touch contacts can be fitted if required. Units are supplied plain or engraved as illustrated (page 3).
Available with silver or gold plated contacts.
Barrel Thumb Pistons can be supplied fitted with reed switch contacts, single touch only, fitted with flying leads as standard.
Thumb Piston
Similar in design to the Barrel Piston this unit is in tended to be fitted behind the front key rail by two screws. The phosphor bronze centre spindle can be supplied in any length, to suit individual requirements. This length should be advised when ordering.
